· Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
· How to Cancel: Contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel an order. We will confirm the cancellation if the order is still in process.
· Refunds for Canceled Orders: If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
· Exceptions: Customized products and special orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
